KrisShop X Atome Promotion Terms & Conditons

1.  This KrisShop X Atome Promotion ("Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. ("KrisShop").

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers residing in Singapore (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 15 July 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time).

3.  During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who checkout their purchase of selected Apple Watch Series 7 products on KrisShop.com with payment made via Atome payment application on KrisShop.com (the "Atome App") (each an "Eligible Transaction") may receive additional 15% rebate on the price of the Apple Watch in the form of Atome+ points, in accordance with Clause 4 below (the "15% Rebate").

4. The 15% Rebate shall be awarded to the eligible Shopper only in the form of Atome+ points, and are subject to the following conditions: 

• The Atome+ Points awarded shall only be used on the Atome App;
• The Atome+ Points for each Eligible Transaction shall be awarded at the rate of SGD 1 = 1 x 100 Atome+ Points; and
• The Atome+ Points shall only be awarded based on the full cash portion of the Apple Watch purchased on KrisShop.com using the Atome App only (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles).

• the Shopper spends a total of SGD 700 (before GST and/or applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charge, and excluding any portions of the payment made using KrisFlyer miles) on an Apple Watch Series 7 product on KrisShop.com via Atome App;
• the 15% Rebate for that Eligible Transaction is only applied to the nett amount, resulting in the equivalent value of the rebate at SGD 105 (being 15% of SGD 700); and 
• the final Atome+ Points awarded to the Shopper for that Eligible Transaction will be 10,500 bonus Atome+ Points, for use on the Atome App. 

5. The bonus Atome+ Points awarded under this Promotion will be credited to each eligible Shopper’s Atome+ account within eight (8) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. In the event of any refunds or returns of the selected Apple Watch Series 7 product(s), KrisShop and/or Atome reserves the right to claw back any bonus Atome+ Points awarded to any Shopper.

7. All Atome+ points are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance and will expire thereafter. 

8. Atome+ points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unredeemed points shall be forfeited upon expiry.

9. The Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and is not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

11. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

12. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

14. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
