KrisShop Up to 3,300 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This KrisShop Up to 3,300 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 3 August 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 11 August 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for that transaction:

4. The bonus 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles can be applied for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application.
5. The bonus 3,330 bonus KrisFlyer miles cannot be applied for purchases made on the Kris+ mobile application.
6. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Bonus Miles from this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.
8. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.
9. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
11. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
12. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
