KrisShop x Atome 500 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Terms & Conditons
1. This KrisShop X Atome Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers residing in Singapore (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 10 August 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 12 August 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time).
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who complete their orders on KrisShop.com using the Atome App may receive additional 500 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) if they make a minimum spend of S$150 (“Minimum Spend Criteria”).
4. The Minimum Spend Criteria will be based on the nett amount on KrisShop.com after any eligible discounts, before GST and/or applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charge.
5. Atome vouchers on the Atome App is applicable with this Promotion and do not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria.
For illustration purposes only:
- Shopper spends a total of SGD 150 (before GST and/or applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charge) on KrisShop.com and makes payment via Atome App with a S$15 off Atome voucher, resulting in an aggregate amount of S$135 on the Atome App. The Shopper is eligible for the Bonus Miles as the nett amount on KrisShop.com meets the Minimum Spend Criteria.
- Shopper spends a total of SGD 100 (before GST and/or applicable shipping fees, customs or duties charge) on KrisShop.com and makes payment via Atome App with a S$15 off Atome voucher, resulting in an aggregate amount of S$85 on the Atome App. The Shopper is not eligible for the Bonus Miles as the nett amount on KrisShop.com falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.
6. This Promotion is valid for the first 100 redemptions, exclusively for Atome users only.
7. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within eight (8) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
8. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.
9. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
11. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
12. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
13. KrisShop and Atome reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
