KrisShop 1-for-1 Liquor Deals Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop 1-for-1 Liquor Deals Promotion (“Promotion) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application from 19 August 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 21 August 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers are required to purchase 2 of the same products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com (“1-For-1 Liquor Deals”) at the price of 1. Limited to 12 units per product per Shopper.

4. 1-For-1 Liquor Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. 1-For-1 Liquor Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

6. Products purchased from 1-For-1 Liquor Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

7. 1-For-1 Liquor Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the 1-For-1 Liquor Deals at any time without prior notice.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

9. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

10. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

11. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each eligible transaction for the relevant promotion, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
