a) KrisShop's 9.9 Upsized Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. This KrisShop 9.9 Upsized Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 7 September 2022 (1200 hrs Singapore time) to 9 September 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”)

During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 9.9 Upsized Deals Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

5. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

6. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

7. This 9.9 Upsized Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application (excluding KrisShopper exclusive promotion of extra 5% off at checkout) during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

b) KrisShop x Atome 5x Atome+ Points Terms & Conditions:

1. This KrisShop X Atome Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers residing in Singapore (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 7 September 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 9 September 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time).

3. During the Promotion Period, any purchase made on KrisShop.com via the Atome app shall be eligible for 5 Atome+ Points under Atome+ Loyalty Program for every S$1 spent (“Bonus Atome+ Points”), capped at a maximum of 1,000 Bonus Atome+ Points.    

• For illustration purposes:
  If you make a purchase of S$100 (after applicable discounts) during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible to receive 500 Atome+ Points via the Atome app.

4. This Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions only.

5. This Promotion is exclusively for Atome users, and valid for one redemption per user only.

6. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop and Atome reserve the right to claw back any Bonus Atome+ Points awarded to any Shopper.

7. All Atome+ points are valid for one year and will expire at the end of the corresponding month.  

8. Atome+ points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unredeemed points shall be forfeited upon expiry.

9. All Atome+ points shall be subject to any terms and conditions of Atome+ Loyalty Program which may be imposed by Atome from time to time.

10. The Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and is not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights, via Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

11. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

12. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

13. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

14. KrisShop and Atome reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

15.
