KrisShop 12 Days Of Christmas - Mini Game With KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions
1. The KrisShop 12 Days Of Christmas - Mini Game With KrisFlyer (collectively, “Contest”) isorganized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd (“KrisShop”).
2. This Contest will be carried out via a post on KrisShop Instagram page (each, a “Contest Post”) during the contest period appended below in Clause 4 (“Contest Period”) and is open to all members of the public aged 18 years and above residing in Singapore (each, a “Participant”).
3. In order to qualify for this Contest, Participant must satisfy all the following conditions:
a) Follow KrisShop’s Instagram page and KrisFlyer By SIA Group’s Instagram Page;
b) Comment on the Contest Post with an answer to the post question (each, an “Entry”); and
c) Share Contest Post to their personal Instagram Story (collectively, “Contest Prerequisites”).
4. During the Contest Period, three (3) Participants who have fulfilled all the Contest Prerequisites will be selected by KrisShop (each, a “Winner”) per Contest. The winner may win one (1) of the following prizes (“Prize”):

5. The e-voucher prize is applicable only with a minimum qualifying spend of S$100. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible.
6. To qualify for the KrisFlyer miles prize, the KrisShop Voucher must be redeemed for a purchase on KrisShop. KrisFlyer miles will not be awarded if the voucher is unused.
7. KrisFlyer miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer accounts within twelve (12) weeks from 31 March 2026, following the successful use of the KrisShop Voucher.
8. The bonus miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 7 has been carried out.
9. KrisShop will not accept responsibility for any Entry that is lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
10. KrisShop will notify the Winner via a Direct Message to the Winner’s Instagram account from which the Winner’s entry was submitted, with information on how to claim the Prize. Each Winner will then be required to submit their relevant contact details (including the Winner’s full name, email address and shipping address) and will be given information on how to claim the Prize. If no valid response is received from any Winner within five (5) Singapore working days from the time the Direct Message was sent, the Prize will be forfeited.
11. The handle of the Winner will be posted on KrisShop’s Instagram page contest post within 3 working days after each relevant Contest Period.
12. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that their Qualifying Entry consists only of their own original work, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
13. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, KrisShop’s conditions of use of website, KrisShop’s Privacy Policy (collectively, “KrisShop Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these KrisShop Terms and Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the KrisShop Giveaway Contests, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
14. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including their Instagram username, name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Contest and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop’s Privacy Policy.
15. By accepting the Prize, each Participant agrees to grant KrisShop an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost, use, or modify their Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose KrisShop deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration, or compensation to any Participant.
16. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of the Winner, shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
17. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
18. Employees of KrisShop, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the KrisShop Giveaway Contests. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the KrisShop Giveaway Contests.
Annex:
- Please note that the e-voucher prize is applicable with a minimum spend of S$100
- Strictly no extensions of the e-Voucher upon expiry.
- The e-Voucher is applicable for use on all items available for purchase on www.krisshop.com, except KrisShop e-Gift card and unless otherwise specified.
- e-Voucher is not valid for inflight purchases and purchases via the mail order form.
- e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Multiple e-Vouchers can be combined for a single order.
- Purchases made via e-Vouchers cannot be refunded. Only one-to-one product exchanges are allowed for defective products.
- Accrual of KrisFlyer miles will be based on the cash portion paid of the net amount (excluding taxes and duties, and payment made with KrisFlyer miles and e-Vouchers).
- KrisShop Pte Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
