To showcase TWG Tea's collection of fine harvest teas and exclusive blends, they infuse tea into each recipe as a most precious ingredient, to impart a unique flavour, toy with your taste buds and tantalise your palate, to bring you back, time and again, to the joy of the tea table.

Deluxe Evening 5-course Set Menu:

• Main Course
Pan-seared tiger prawns, mussels and bay scallops spaghettini in a marinara sauce infused with Royal Moroccan Tea, accompanied by parsley and parmesan shavings.

Pan-seared black cod fish served with Asian gremolata, accompanied by crushed potatoes with chilli oil, wilted baby spinach and a ginger butter emulsion with Gyokuro Samurai tea leaves.

Plate of French fries drizzled with pure white Alba truffle oil and Matcha powder.
• Patisseries
Choose from TWG's trolley of tea-infused patisseries, conceived and crafted fresh daily.

Hot Royal Orchid Tea, a semi-fermented Formosa oolong delicately infused with the fragrance of a night-blooming orchid, suggestive of a warm summer evening.

How to make reservation:

• Upon receipt of email from TWG Tea, you may wish to book for your preferred session via email, KrisShopMoments@twgtea.com, at least 3 days in advance.
• Please indicate your KrisShop Order Reference number during booking.
• Redemption can be done at TWG Tea Salon & Boutique @ Swissotel The Stamford between 5pm to 10pm (last order at 9pm) OR TWG Tea Salon & Boutique @ Takashimaya Level 2 between 5pm to 9.30pm (last order at 8.45pm)

• Offer is not applicable for redemption on Saturdays, Sundays, eve of Public Holidays and on Public Holidays.
