KrisFlyer has evolved from being an airline loyalty programme to an industry-leading lifestyle-centric rewards programme. Today, it has over 10 million members who benefit from wide-ranging accrual and redemption opportunities both on the ground and in the air.
Members can not only earn and redeem miles on their flights on Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Star Alliance member airlines, and SIA partner carriers, but also through everyday spend with more than 1,700 non-airline brands worldwide. These include banks, hotels, travel services, restaurants, retail brands, and a wide range of experience providers in Singapore and around the world.
KrisShop, the SIA Group’s award-winning e-commerce arm, offers more than 1,000 Singapore-based and international brands for members to earn or redeem miles with. Members can also enjoy a range of shopping, dining and wellness experiences via Kris+, the Group’s lifestyle rewards app, and when they book activities in Singapore and selected countries on Pelago, SIA’s travel experiences platform. KrisFlyer miles may also be converted to points with selected non-airline loyalty programmes in Singapore and around the world, for an even large number of reward offerings.

Simply link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper to get started. Non-KrisShopper members will continue to earn 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop platforms.
If KrisFlyer miles are used to pay for part of the purchase, you will earn KrisFlyer miles only on the portion paid with a credit or debit card, excluding taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges. Simply log in with your KrisFlyer account and start earning KrisFlyer miles when you shop on KrisShop.com.
You can choose to collect your items on your next Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight using the pre-order service or have them delivered directly to your doorstep, even when you are not travelling. Please allow up to 5 business days for miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account after your transaction.

You can earn between 3 to 8 KrisPay miles for every S$2 spent on all purchases made on KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application. 1 KrisFlyer Elite and KrisFlyer members will earn both Non-flight Elite Miles and Non-flight PPS Value on Elites Miles Qualifying Transactions (as defined below). Non-flight Elite miles and/or Non-flight PPS Value awarded will be rounded off to the nearest whole number.
2 Kris+ Qualifying Transaction refers to the amount spent on or after 1 September 2025 (exclusive of GST and any related service charges) at Kris+ participating partners (as specified on the Kris+ mobile app) using credit or debit card using the in-app payment function of the Kris+ mobile app. For avoidance of doubt, a Kris+ Qualifying Transaction includes purchases from KrisShop made using the in-app payment function of the Kris+ mobile app.
3KrisShop Qualifying Transaction refers to the nett amount spent on or after 1 September 2025 with a credit or debit card at any of the following channels:.
i) online purchases made on KrisShop.com; or
ii) KrisShop purchases made inflight on Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights or via pre-order, provided that the Member quotes his or her KrisFlyer membership number during the transaction
but excludes KrisShop purchases made via the Kris+ mobile app, taxes and delivery charges.

Redemption of KrisFlyer miles is available for purchases on KrisShop.com. You can choose to mix miles and cash, or redeem your purchases entirely with your KrisFlyer miles. The redemption rate on KrisShop.com is 100 KrisFlyer miles for approximately S$1 spend, subject to a minimum usage of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction. If you opt to mix miles and cash to pay for your purchase/s, you will also earn KrisFlyer miles on the amount paid for with your credit or debit card. To redeem your miles, simply:
- Log in to your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com
- Shop and add items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag
- During checkout, slide or key in the number of KrisFlyer miles you would like to use. Pay for the rest of your purchase with your credit or debit card.

1. KrisFlyer miles are only earned on the nett purchase amount, excluding promo codes and vouchers, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges (applicable for home delivery and vary between countries).
2. If KrisFlyer miles are used to pay for part of the purchase, KrisFlyer miles will only be earned on the amount paid with a credit or debit card, excluding vouchers, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges.
3. KrisFlyer miles may be used to offset the amount on KrisShop.com and any customs/import duties and postal clearance, which are applicable for home delivery and vary between countries. Any prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance, if applicable, will be borne by members and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon arrival of items in the country.
4. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions
