KrisShop Samsung Black Friday Early Access Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.  The Samsung Black Friday Early Access Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), subject to certain exclusions, during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles (as defined Clause 3(a) below, which will take place from 21 November 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 5 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)( "Samsung Mobile Phones Promotion Period"); and

ii. Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles (as defined Clause 3(b) below, which will take place from 21 November 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 5 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)("Tablets Promotion Period"); and

iii.  Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles (as defined Clause 3(c) below, which will take place from 21 November 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 5 December 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)("Wearables Promotion Period"); and

(a) Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the Samsung Mobile Phones Promotion Period, a Shoppers who has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while looged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the Promotion Period, may earn 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles for each eligible products list here: K352875, K352877, K352879, K352882, K352883, K352884, K352885, K352886, K352887, K366284, K366287, K366288, K366290, K366291, K366292, K366297, K366298, K366299, K377035, K377036, K377037, K377038, K377039, K377040, K377041, K377042, K377043, K377044, K377045, K377046, K377047, K377048, K377049, K377050, K377051, K377052, K377053, K377054, K377055, K377056, K377057, K377058, K377059, K377060, K377061, K377062, K386760, K386761, K386762, K386763, K386764, K386765, K386766, K386767, K386768, K386769, K386770, K386771, K386772, K386773, K390537, K390538, K390539, K390540, K390541, K390542, K390543, K390544, K390545, K390546, K390547, K390548 ("Eligible Samung Mobile phones")("Samsung 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles"):

ii. Any transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the Samsung 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles as set out in Clause 3(a)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. The Samsung 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period.

iv. The Samsung 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause 3(a)(iii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, i.e., November 2025.

v. The Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Bonus KirsFlyer miles Promotion Period , and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. The Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions and Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(c) of these Terms and Conditions.]), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. The Promotion is only available while stocks last and the number of Samsung 2,500 bonus KrisFlyer miles available for give away during the Promotion Period is limited to the first 60 units of the Eligible Samsung Mobile Phone. 

viii. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

ix. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

(b) Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the Samsung Tablets Promotion Period, a Shoppers who has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while looged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the Promotion Period, may earn 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles for each eligible products list here: K352890, K352891, K352892, K352896, K391646, K391647, K391648, K391649, K391650, K391651, K391652, K391653, K391654, K391655, K391656, K391657 ("Eligible Tablets")("Samsung 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles"):

ii. Any transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the Samsung 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles as set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. The Samsung 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period.

iv. The Samsung 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause 3(b)(iii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, i.e., November 2025.

v. The Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Bonus KirsFlyer miles Promotion Period , and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. The Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(a) of these Terms and Conditions and Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(c) of these Terms and Conditions.]), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. The Promotion is only available while stocks last and the number of Samsung 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles available for give away during the Promotion Period is limited to the first 30 units of the Eligible Samsung Tablets.

viii. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

ix. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

(c) Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period

i. ii. Any transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the Samsung Wearables 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles as set out in Clause 3(C)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. The Samsung Wearables 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period.

iv. The Samsung Wearables 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause 3(c)(iii) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, i.e., November 2025.

v. The Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Bonus KirsFlyer miles Promotion Period , and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. The Wearables Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(Mobile Phones Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(a) of these Terms and Conditions and Tablets Bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions.]), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. The Promotion is only available while stocks last and the number of Samsung Wearables 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles available for give away during the Promotion Period is limited to the first 60 transactions.

viii. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

ix. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a participant of this Promotion automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
