1. This KrisShop Macallan Bonus Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an “Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all customers who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account during the promotion period from 14 February 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 14 March 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) (each, a “Shopper”), and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez ("The Night On Earth in Jerez Promotion Period"); and

ii. Bonus Miles on The Rest of Macallan Collection ("Rest Macallan Promotion Period").

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows.

(a) Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion

i. Subject to Clause 2 above, during the Promotion Period, Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may earn additional 1,500 KrisFlyer miles ("1,500 Bonus Miles") on THE MACALLAN A NIGHT ON EARTH IN JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA 0.7L (SKU number K375407DDP)(each, a “Eligible Products”) on an Online Platform per transaction:

ii. Any transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the 1,500 Bonus Miles as set out in Clause 3(a)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. The 1,500 Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period.

iv. The 1,500 Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once the Clause 3(a)(iii( has been carried out. The accrual date of the 1,500 Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., March 2025.

v. The Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means

vi. The Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(other than the Rest of Macallan Collection as set out in Clause 3(b))], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. The Bonsu Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion shall not be stackable with Highflyer Vouchers.

viii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

ix, Products purchased pursuant to the The Macallan Harmony Bonus Miles Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

x. Both promotion as stated in Clause 3(a) and Clause 3(b) is only available while stocks last and the total number of The Macallan A Night on Earth in Jerez and The Rest of Macallan Collection Bonus Miles
available for giveaway during the Promotion Period shall not exceed 30,000 Bonus Miles. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) Bonus Miles on The Rest of Macallan Collection

i. Subject to Clause 2 above, during the Promotion Period, Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may earn additional 800 KrisFlyer miles ("800 Bonus Miles") on the following eligble SKUs: K314132DDP, K314133DDP, K314134DDP, K314135DDP, K337433DP, K339456DDP, K339922DDP, K348471DDP, K358149DDP, K370122DDP, K371464DDP, K371619DDP, K373353DP (each, a “Eligible Products”) on an Online Platform per transaction:

v. The 800 Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion is only valid purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means

vi. The 800 Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions [(other than the Rest of Macallan Collection as set out in Clause 3(a)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

vii. The 800 Bonus Miles on A Night on Earth in Jerez Promotion shall not be stackable with Highflyer Vouchers.

viii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

General Terms

13. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

14. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

15. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

17. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

18. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

20. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
