KrisShop Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Bonus Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Bonus Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the promotion period from 12 December 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 12 January 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3, Clause 4, Clause 5 and Clause 6.
3. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop Loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer Bonus Miles”) on THE MACALLAN CLASSIC CUT 2024 (SKU Number K370122DDP) on an Online Platforms (each, a “Eligible Products”) in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

4. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account additional 22 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Bonus Miles”) on THE MACALLAN CLASSIC CUT 2024 (SKU Number K370122DDP) on an Online Platforms (each, a “Eligible Products”) in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application , as set out below:

5. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper Bonus Miles”) on THE MACALLAN CLASSIC CUT 2024 (SKU Number K370122DDP) on KrisShop.com. The KrisShopper Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional 6 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ Bonus Miles”) on THE MACALLAN CLASSIC CUT 2024 (SKU Number K370122DDP) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application. The KrisShopper Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

7. The KrisFlyer Bonus Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ Bonus Miles, KrisShopper Bonus Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ Bonus Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “Macallan Bonus Miles”. The Macallan Bonus Miles are only awarded on the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees).
8. The Macallan Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the KrisShop Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Bonus Miles Promotion Period.
9. The Macallan Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 8 has been carried out. The accrual date of 11. 11 Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., January 2025.
10. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Macallan Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).
11. Products purchased pursuant to the Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Bonus Miles Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
12. The Macallan Classic Cut 2024 Bonus Miles Promotion is only available while stocks last and the total number of Bonus Miles available for give way during the Promotion Period shall not exceed 30,000 Bonus Miles. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
13. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
14. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
15. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
16. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.
17. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
18. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
20. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
