KrisShop Step Into A Healthier Your Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Step Into A Healthier You Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), subject to certain exclusions, during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.
3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:
ii. Up tp 15% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 17 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 1 May 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Up to 15% off Promotion Period”); and
ii. LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 17 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 1 May 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“LAC Pill Box Promotion Period”); and
iii. LAC Travel Packing Cube Set Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 17 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 1 May 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“LAC Packing Cube Set Promotion Period”).
The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:
(a) Up to 15% off Promotion
i. During the Up to 15% off Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive up to fifteen (15%) discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.
ii. The Up to 15% off Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Up to 15% off Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. The Up to 15% off Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Up to 15% off Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. The Up to 15% off Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Mega Deals Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(b) LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box Promotion
i. During the LAC Pill Box Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive one (1) LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box ("LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box free Gift") with S$88 spend ("LAC Duo Coloured Pill Minimum Spend Criteria") on all LAC products except the following SKUs: K366896, K365005, K360107, on Online Platform (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees).
ii. The LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.
iii. This Promotion are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iv. This Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
v. Products purchased pursuant to this LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
vi. This LAC Duo Coloured Pill Box Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(c) LAC Travel Packing Cube Set Promotion
i. During the LAC Packing Cube Set Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive one (1) LAC Travel Packing Cube Set ("LAC Travel Packing Cube Set Free Gift") with S$198 spend ("Travel Packing Cube Set Minimum Spend Criteria") on all LAC products except the following SKUs: K366896, K365005, K360107, on Online Platform (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees).
ii. The LAC Travel Packing Cube Set Free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.
iii. This Promotion are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. This LAC Travel Packing Cube Set Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com and may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.
8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
