KrisShop LAC 11.11 Super Deals Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop LAC 11.11 Super Deals Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), subject to certain exclusions, during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The 11% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Mega Deals Promotion Period”); and
ii. The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period”); and
iii. The Gift With Purchase Promotion (as defined in Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 1 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“GWP Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) 11% off Promotion

i. During the Mega Deals Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive eleven percent (11%) discount on selected products as specified on the Mega Deals Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.

ii. The Mega Deals Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the Mega Deals Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other.

iii. The 11% off Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions [(other than the Bonus KrisFlyer Promotion in Clause 3(b) and The Gift With Purchase Promotion in Clause 3(c)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased pursuant to the 11% off Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The 11% off Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the 11% off Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (3) completes a transaction on an Online Platform for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional 1,111 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

ii. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform.  For illustration purposes only:

• KrisFlyer Shopper A has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$111 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$50 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$61. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.
• KrisFlyer Shopper B has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) on KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$111 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$89. The Bonus Miles will be awarded to Transaction A as it satisfies the Bonus Miles Minium Spend Criteria. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded to Transaction B as it does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

iii. Any part of a transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions.

iv. The Bonus Miles are only valid for purchase made on an Online Platform during the Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period and not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period.

vi. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., November 2024.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

ix. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(c) Gift With Purchase Promotion

i. During the GWP Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive ONE (1) LAC Pleated Mustard Sling Tote Bag (“Free Gift”) with a minimum spend of S$111 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform.

ii. The Free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

iii. The Gift With Purchase Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the GWP Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other.

iv. The Free Gift is limited to ONE (1) per transaction.

v. Products purchased pursuant to the Gift With Purchase Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. The Free Gift are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Gift With Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.

vii. The Gift With Purchase Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions [(other than the 11% off Promotion in Clause 3(a) and the Bonus KrisFlyer Promotion in Clause 3(b)],offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
