Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop UOB With Love, SG promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below ("Shoppers") during the promotion period from 1 May 2021 (0001 hrs Singapore time) to 31 December 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the minimum spend of S$70 in a single transaction (after any applicable discounts, and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on items from the With Love, SG Concept Store (each an “Eligible Transaction”) may enjoy either:

(a) S$10 off when (i) the promo code “UOBSG10” is correctly applied at checkout and (ii) when payment is made with a UOB Credit or Debit Card; or

(b) S$12 off when (i) the promo code “KFUOBSG12” is correctly applied at checkout and (ii) when payment is made with a KrisFlyer UOB Credit or Debit Card.

4. The promo code UOBSG10 is valid for the first 300 redemptions in each calendar month, and the promo code KFUOBSG12 is valid for the first 200 redemptions in each calendar month.

5. Payment for each Eligible transaction must be fully made using either a KrisFlyer UOB Credit or Debit Card for the “KFUOBSG12” promotional code, or any UOB Credit or Debit Card for the “UOBSG10” promotional code. For the avoidance of doubt, payments made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not count towards the minimum spend requirement of each Eligible Transaction.

6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. This Promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with other KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

9. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

10. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

11. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each Eligible Transaction, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
