A sixth-generation Peranakan, Ms Lee was inspired to learn about cooking from her grandmother at a young age, and later studied at the renowned classical French culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu. A popular choice at Restaurant A380 @Changi, this menu features iconic Peranakan dishes based on treasured family heirloom recipes handed down from her grandmother and author of Mrs Lee’s Cookbook: Nonya Recipes, Mrs Lee Chin Koon.

The package fulfilment
After making your purchase, our cabin crew concierge will contact you to select your preferred dishes and choice of wine, where applicable, together with your preferred date and time for delivery. Please note that the menu cannot be customized for dietary preferences.
You can enquire with our cabin crew concierge for the Book-the-Chef add on service during the call. An email confirmation will be provided after the call.
Delivery details
Delivery can be scheduled between 9am to 9pm daily. Confirmation with our concierge must be made three days (non-inclusive of the date of order if it is made after 12pm) before the preferred date of delivery.
The last delivery date for festive menu packages will be 31 December 2020.

Storage and consumption
- The food will be delivered chilled in foil containers/packaging and vacuum packs. Please store the food in the refrigerator, if you do not immediately re-heat and consume upon receipt of delivery.
- Food will be good for consumption up till one day after delivery.
- Reheating and plating guides will be provided in hard copy and a digital version that is accessible through a link provided in the email confirmation.
Terms & Conditions
- A single delivery will be made for SIA@Home purchases within the same transaction. To schedule deliveries to multiple locations or at different timings, please purchase the packages in separate transactions.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once made and strictly no refunds will be entertained.
- Changes to menu selection are not allowed within three days of delivery date.
- Products listed are excluded from all ongoing discounts, including PPS Club discounts.
- SIA@Home products are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made via the KrisShop Order Form or any other means.
