KrisShop x OCBC S$20 off S$250 Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop x OCBC S$20 off S$250 promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd. (“OCBC”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below ("Shoppers") during the promotion period from 7 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 21 February 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum spend of S$250 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

• the promo code “OCBCFEB2023” has been correctly entered by the Shopper at checkout, and
• payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid OCBC Credit or Debit Card.

4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion.

For illustration purposes only:

a Shopper is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “OCBCFEB2023”:

• If S$250 is paid via a valid OCBC Credit or Debit Card and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code may be applied;
• However, if S$200 is paid via a valid OCBC Credit or Debit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$200 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.

5. This Promotion is valid for the first 139 redemptions only.

6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, or via the mail order form.

7. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the OCBC Cardmember will be refunded.

8. The promo code "OCBCFEB2023” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
