KrisShop Purchase With Purchase Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Purchase With Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 16 November 2021 (1200 hrs Singapore time) to 30 November 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, each Shopper who spends a minimum of S$50 for selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com (“PWP Qualifying Transaction”) is eligible to purchase selected items at a special price (each, a “PWP Item”).

4. Each Shopper who has qualified for a PWP Qualifying Transaction is only able to purchase a maximum quantity of one (1) piece of each PWP item per transaction. For illustration purposes only:

• a Shopper is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$60 for home delivery (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied)
• a Shopper selects PWP Item 1 (e.g. a notebook) and PWP Item 2 (e.g. a fragrance product)
• the Shopper is only able to purchase a maximum of 1 piece of PWP Item 1, and a maximum of 1 piece of PWP Item 2, while stocks last

5. All PWP Items are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

6. PWP Items are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove any PWP Item at any time without prior notice.

7. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
