(a) Mega Deals Up to 65% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to 65% off discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com (“Mega Deals”).

ii. The Mega Deals promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application, and is not valid for purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The Mega Deals promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from the Mega Deals promotion are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Mega Deals Promotion are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Mega Deals products at any time without prior notice.

(b) Top 30 Spenders Promotion

i. This Top 30 Spenders Promotion is open to Shoppers who (a) are active KrisFlyer members and have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com and (b) reside in: 

Bangladesh; Brunei; Cambodia; France; Germany; India; Indonesia; Malaysia; Maldives; Myanmar; New Zealand; Philippines; Singapore; South Africa; South Korea, Taiwan, China; United Arab Emirates or Vietnam

(“each a KrisFlyer Shopper).

ii. During the Promotion Period, each KrisFlyer Shopper who:

(a) Makes a purchase on KrisShop.com (subject to the following brand exclusions: Product from Apple, DJI, Dyson, LG, Nintendo, Samsung and Sony are excluded from this Promotion) while logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts;

(b) Completes their payment transaction in full using either (1) a valid credit or debit card or (2) KrisFlyer miles only; and

(c) Opt into this promotion by filling in the promotion entry popup form after checkout in accordance with clause 3(b)(iii) below, may be eligible to participate in the Top 30 Spenders Promotion (the “Miles Promotion Prerequisites").

iii. Each KrisFlyer Shopper who wishes to participate in this Top 30 Spenders promotion will receive an entry pop up form after checkout to enter their details and provide consent for their participation. KrisFlyer Shoppers must ensure that any AdBlock software, tool or plugin are disabled on KrisShop.com in order for the promotion entry form to successfully pop up after checkout. 

iv. If a KrisFlyer Shopper makes multiple purchases on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, only their relevant total nett value made for the eligible transaction(s) that have each satisfied the Miles Promotion Prerequisites (less any applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) will be considered for this promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• KrisFlyer Shopper A completes two separate transactions on KrisShop.com both made using a valid credit cards during the Promotion Period, where Transaction A has a nett value of S$300 (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) and Transaction B has a nett value of S$200 (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees). The eligible amount to be considered for this promotion will be a total nett value of S$500 (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees).
• KrisFlyer Shopper B completes two separate transactions on KrisShop.com made during the Promotion Period, where Transaction A has a nett value of S$600 (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) worth of products from Sony (an excluded brand) and Transaction B has a nett value S$400 worth of products (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees). The eligible amount to be considered for this promotion will be a total nett value of S$400 (after any applicable discounts and excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees).

v. The Top 30 Spenders on KrisShop.com who satisfy the Miles Promotion Prerequisites (the "Miles Promotion Winners") will be awarded KrisFlyer miles in accordance with the table below (each a "KF Miles Prizes”).

vi. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in this Top 30 Spenders promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are also not eligible to participate in this promotion. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry into this promotion.

vii. The Miles Promotion Winners will be contacted via the email address listed in their relevant KrisFlyer accounts by 25 September 2023. Each Miles Promotion Winner will be required to submit the signed winner’s acknowledgement form via email to KrisShop in accordance with the instructions provided within 3 Singapore business days after the email has been sent outto the relevant Miles Promotion Winner. The Miles Promotion Winners agree that the signing of the aforementioned letter is a pre-condition in claiming the award. In the event that each Miles Promotion Winner’s response is not received within the stipulated timeline, the relevant KF Miles Prize will be forfeited.

viii. The First and Last name of each winner from the Top 30 Spenders promotion will be published by KrisShop on KrisShop’s publicity platforms (including but not limited to the KrisShop website and social media platforms) by 25 September 2023. 

ix. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect to any matter relating to the Top 30 Spenders promotion, including the selection of the Miles Promotion Winners, shall be final.

x. The relevant KF Miles Prizes will be credited into the KrisFlyer account from which the relevant Miles Promotion Winner had placed their orders on KrisShop.com. The details provided by the Miles Promotion Winner in their winners’ acknowledgement form must match the details in the KrisFlyer account from which the order was placed, otherwise the KF Miles Prize may be forfeited.

xi. KrisFlyer miles will be credited into the Miles Promotion Winners’ KrisFlyer accounts within 15 weeks of the Promotion Period and are valid for 3 years from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.

xii. All KrisFlyer miles awarded shall be subject to the applicable KrisFlyer terms and conditions. KrisFlyer miles credited into a Miles Promotion Winner’s KrisFlyer account can only be used in accordance with the KrisFlyer terms and conditions, and cannot be transferred into any other KrisFlyer account or be exchanged for cash.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

8. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

9. By participating in the Promotion, each KrisFlyer Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion, and award of the KF Miles Prize, including without limitation, to communicate with the Miles Promotion Winner(s) regarding the KF Miles Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
