KrisShop's 11.11 Marvellous Buys Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop 11.11 Marvellous Buys (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 28 October (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 14 November 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”)

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to 22% off Promotion; and
(b) Up to 70% off Top Picks
(c)  Bonus 1,100 KrisFlyer miles

details of which are set out as follows:

(a) Up to 22% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. The 11% off Promotion can be applied for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application. 

iii. The extra 11% off Promotion for KrisShopper cannot be applied for purchases made on the Kris+ mobile application. 

iv. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Up to 22% off Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

v. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

vi. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

vii. This Up to 22% off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated. 

(b) Up to 70% off Top Picks

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 70% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("11.11 Top Picks").

ii. The up to 70% off discounts are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) will be qualified for the additonal up to 10% off on selected products at checkout.

iv. Purchases of 11.11 Top Picks cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

v. Products purchased from 11.11 Top Picks are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. 11.11 Top Picks are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the 11.11 Top Picks at any time without prior notice. 

(c) Bonus 1,100 KrisFlyer miles

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who have an active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn additional 1,100 KrisFlyer miles ("Bonus Miles") with the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below:

ii. Additional 1,100 KrisFlyer miles with min. spend of S$280 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) will be awarded based the same platform. For illustration purposes only:

• a Shopper completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$280 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Purchase A has a net amount of S$180 and Purchase B has a net amount of S$100, 1,100 Bonus miles will not be awarded.

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of each eligible KrisFlyer Shopper within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

v. Bonus Miles from this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

General Terms:

4. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application (excluding KrisShopper exclusive promotion of 22% off and the additional up to 10% off exclusively for KrisShoppers), and is not valid for purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means. 

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
