KrisShopper Birthday 2X Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Birthday 2X Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members, during the promotion period from 1 May 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 31 March 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. Each KrisShopper member who completes their first purchase on KrisShop.com during their birthday month while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional KrisFlyer miles on top of the usual earn rate, based on their KrisShopper membership tiers (“Bonus Miles”):

For illustration purposes, a KrisShopper born in June will receive the Bonus Miles if they complete their transaction on KrisShop.com during the month of June, while a KrisShopper born in September will receive the Bonus Miles if they complete their transaction on KrisShop.com during the month of September.

5. The additional Bonus Miles will only be awarded once to each KrisShopper per year, for their first completed transaction on KrisShop.com during their birthday month.

6. Bonus Miles will be credited to each eligible KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer account within 8 weeks after the end of the birthday month.

7. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any KrisFlyer miles awarded to any KrisShopper.

8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

9. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

10. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

11. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, date of birth, mailing address, contact number, and email address ) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
