KrisShop Home & Living Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This KrisShop Home & Living Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 18 April 2022 (0001 hrs Singapore time) to 30 April 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
i. Shoppers may receive up to a 30% discount on selected products as specified on the relevant Home & Living Deal product’s webpage on KrisShop.com ("Home & Living Deals"). Prices displayed on the relevant Home & Living Deals webpage are final and are not eligible for further discounts.
ii. Home & Living Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the and are not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. Home & Living Deals cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Home & Living Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to clause 5 below.
v. Home & Living Deals are only available on a while stocks last basis. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Home & Living deals at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
5. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
6. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
8. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
