KrisShop's CNY Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop CNY Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 5 January 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 3 February 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to S$38 off Promotion
(b) Bonus 888 KrisFlyer Miles Promotion
(c) Gift with Purchase KrisShop Red Packets Promotion; and
(d) UOB Cards Promotion,

details of which are set out as follows:

i. During the Promotion Period and subject to certain brand exclusions, Shoppers who meet the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria and complete their orders on KrisShop.com may receive one of the following discounts for each transaction as follows:

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list do not count towards the applicable Minimum Spend Criteria for each order and are excluded from this Up to S$38 off Promotion.

iii. The applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria has been met. Only one Promotional Discount may be applied to each completed transaction on KrisShop.com.

iv. This Up to S$38 off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete a transaction with a minimum spend of S$260 (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 888 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.

ii. Transactions where payment is made with vouchers shall not count towards the minimum amount required for each transaction under this Bonus 888 KrisFlyer miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive one (1) set of 8 KrisShop Red Packets (“Gift”) with a minimum spend of S$100 per transaction (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes are applied).

ii. Purchase of KrisShop e-Gift Cards will not count towards the minimum spend and are excluded from this Gift with Purchase Red Packets Promotion.

iii. This Gift with Purchase Red Packets Promotion is valid for purchases on KrisShop.com for (i) Singapore delivery and (ii) pre-order for collection on board selected Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.

iv. The Gift is non-exchangeable and is valid on a while stocks last basis, limited to one Gift per transaction. 

v. Image is for illustration purposes only. Actual colour of the red packets may vary.

i.  During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who complete their orders on KrisShop.com using a validly issued UOB Credit or Debit Card may receive additional discounts for each transaction if they satisfy the conditions below:

ii. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions where payment is made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not be eligible for this UOB Cards Promotion.

iii. The UOB Cards Promotion is limited to the following redemption quantities:

A. the UOB S$20 off Promotion (for promo code “UOBCNY20”) is valid for the first 1000 redemptions only;

B. the KFUOB S$30 off Promotion (for promo code “KFUOBCNY30”) is valid for the first 120 redemptions only.

iv. This UOB Cards Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded,

4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
