KrisShop X UOB Up to S$8 off min. spend S$150 Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop x UOB Up to S$8 off min. spend S$150 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com from 3 August 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 30 August 2022 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

4. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions where payment is made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not be eligible for this UOB Cards Promotion.

For illustration purposes only:

A Card Member is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (after applicable discounts, taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “UOBAUG5”:

• If S$150 is paid via a UOB Credit or Debit Card, and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code may be applied;

• However, if S$100 is paid via a UOB Credit or Debit Card, and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$100 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria of S$150.

5. The UOB Cards Promotion is limited to the following redemption quantities:

• The UOB S$5 off Promotion (for promo code “UOBAUG5”) is valid for the first 420 redemptions only;
• The KFUOB S$8 off Promotion (for promo code “KFUOBAUG8”) is valid for the first 130 redemptions only.

6. This UOB Cards Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
