KrisShop 11.11 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop 11.11 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 1 November 2021 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 15 November 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Mega Deals
(b) 11% off S$180 promotion
(c) Additional 11% off S$280 promotion
(d) Purchase with Purchase promotion
(e) AMEX S$20 off with S$250 spend promotion

Details of which are set out as follows:

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 60% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Mega Deals").

ii. Mega Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of Mega Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Mega Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. Mega Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Mega Deals at any time without prior notice.

i. Each eligible Shopper will receive 11% off with a minimum spend of S$180 per transaction for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.

ii. Mega Deals and products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the minimum spend of S$180 per transaction, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 11% off S$180 Spend promotion. However, even if the S$180 minimum spend qualification criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper, the 11% discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iii. This 11% off S$180 Spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. The 11% off discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum spend of S$180 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met for the selected delivery method.

v. This 11% off S$180 Spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

i. This additional 11% off S$280 promotion is open to eligible Shoppers who have an active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account (each, a “KF Shopper”) and who have completed an additional 11% off Promotional Transaction (as defined below) during the Promotion Period.

ii. Each eligible KF Shopper will receive an additional 11% off with a minimum spend of S$280 per transaction for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on regular-priced items on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions (each, an “additional 11% off Promotional Transaction”).

iii. Mega Deals and products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the minimum spend of S$280 per transaction, to ascertain if the eligible KF Shopper has qualified for an additional 11% off Promotional Transaction. However, even if the S$280 minimum spend qualification criteria has been met by the eligible KF Shopper, the additional 11% discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iv. This additional 11% off S$280 Spend promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The additional 11% off discount will be automatically applied at checkout for KF Shoppers who have logged in to KrisShop.com using their KrisFlyer membership details, on eligible items when the minimum spend of S$280 per transaction (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met for the selected delivery method.

vi. This additional 11% off S$280 Spend promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), aside from the 11% off S$180 Spend promotion as described in clause 3(b), unless otherwise stated.

i. During the Promotion Period, each Shopper who spends a minimum of S$50 for selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com (“PWP Qualifying Transaction”) is eligible to purchase selected items at a special price (each, a “PWP Item”).

ii. Each Shopper who has qualified for a PWP Qualifying Transaction is only able to purchase a maximum quantity of ten (10) pieces of each PWP item. For illustration purposes only:

• a Shopper is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$60 for home delivery (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied)
• a Shopper selects PWP Item 1 (e.g. a notebook) and PWP Item 2 (e.g. a fragrance product)
• the Shopper is only able to purchase a maximum of 10 pieces of PWP Item 1, and a maximum of 10 pieces of PWP Item 2, while stocks last

iii. All PWP Items are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

iv. PWP Items are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove any PWP Item at any time without prior notice.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum spend of S$250 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

(A) the promo code “AMEX1111” has been correctly entered by the Shopper at checkout, and

(B) payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid American Express Credit Card,

(collectively, the “AMEX S$20 off Promotion”).

ii. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this AMEX S$20 off Promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• a Shopper is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “AMEX1111”:
  • If S$250 is paid via a valid American Express Credit Card and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code may be applied;
  • However, if S$200 is paid via a valid American Express Credit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$200 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.

iii. This AMEX S$20 off Promotion is valid for the first 1,000 redemptions only.

iv. This AMEX S$20 off Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the AMEX cardholder will be refunded.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated. 

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
