The Domaine de Guilhon d´Aze is located in the South West of France, in the heart of Gascony, in the Gers department, in the most famous appellation "Bas Armagnac". Between gently sloping hillsides and sunny valleys, the Domaine de Guilhon d'Aze is ideally located on acidic and sandy-silty soils called "Sables Fauves" which bring typicity and character to Armagnac. The 60 hectare vineyard is run by the Tastet family from father to son, according to the simple and authentic principles of Reasoned Agriculture. It is from this environmentally friendly management that the local white grape varieties (Bacco and Ugni Blanc) are born from which the vintage Bas-Armagnacs are produced.

                Tasting Note :

                Bas Armagnac, beautiful deep topaz color with copper highlights, the nose has a beautiful aroma of Zan, some pastry notes of vanilla cream with almonds. The well-balanced palate is wooded with firm tannins and a long finish.
