All the rooms are airconditioned and have 24 hours CCTV monitoring so that pawrents can enjoy the antics of the moggies from wherever they are.
Other than the climbing shelves and scratching posts, each room is fitted with adjustable food and water bowls and a floating bed.
Boarding cats are fed twice daily with a premium kibble. The boarding rooms are cleaned daily and the litter box is refreshed daily with tofu litter.
Cats are treated with a tick & flea prevention treatment upon check-in. Boarding cats are required to have valid vaccinations.
You will receive an email from Mutts & Mittens within 3 working days of your purchase, it will contain a promocode that you can use to make your bookings.
Terms and Conditions
• Purchase listed is for 1 night’s boarding. Please purchase the exact units of this item to make up the required length of boarding for your pet.
• Mutts & MIttens allow booking of boarding stays up to 3 months in advance. However, do note that the redemptioncode will expire within 7 days from issue, therefore please be certain of your pet’s boarding dates before purchasing this item, as you will need to complete booking your pet’s boarding within the 7 days although the stay may occur much later within a 3 month period. The validity of your promocode is non-extendable and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• You may amend your booking dates up to 4 weeks before the commencement of the boarding of your pet, but cannot be cancelled. Additionally, they have a strict non-refundable, non-cancellation, non-amendable policy in the following situations:
- Reservations made for the months of June, December and Chinese New Year
- You decide to check out your pet before the expiry of the booked boarding, regardless of the reason
• Price does not include medical procedures and other charges. These will be charged separately if the service is required - payable directly to Mutts & Mittens via bank transfer or PayNow.
