Our Taste of Japan snowskin mooncakes are back with new flavours this year. Each one delicately wrapped in snowskin. The flavours this year include: Bergamot Sea Salt, Sake Matcha, Kombu Wasabi Chestnut, and Calpis Sakura.

This year we are showcasing a fun and playful take on Taste of Japan, with familiar flavors with a fun twist. The purity of the ingredients are being showcased here. From matcha paired with a floral sake, we have also infused sake into the delicate snowskin. Kombu Wasai Chestnut for those that are adventurous; we have infused the skin with kombu. Bergamot Sea salt a new flavor that is unique and conforting and lastly Calpis Sakura, bringing that nostalgic flavor paired with Sakura. There’s something for everyone on this journey of discovery.
Packed in a sustainable, reusable metal tin with a rabbit themed mid-autumn design, the tin is fully intended to be re-used and repurposed as part of our sustainability efforts.
