Andy and Misha Wilkinson created this rising star after living 16 years living in Asia. With the idea of creating Asian suited wines and pursuant of a Pinot Noir passion the vision was to develop a journey they could experience together. That journey started on the eastern shores of Lake Dunstan in 2003. As Misha and Andy had sales and marketing backgrounds the internationally renowned winemaker Olly Masters joined the journey for his Central Otago winemaking debut. The evolution of Misha’s Vineyard so far, as produced some outstanding wines championed by Central Otago’s flagship - Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby red, this Pinot Noir has a complex nose of wild thyme, rose-hip, red fruits and white spice and a beautiful palate that blends sweet fruit with a mineral purity.

“Mellow pinot noir with red cherry, fresh herbs, floral/violet notes and spicy oak flavours. Taut, refreshingly dry with a pleasing undercurrent of fruit/alcohol sweetness. Accessible now but should develop well with bottle age.” – The Real Review, 94 points
