                  This Tokubetsu or special Junmai-shu is made from the “Yamada Nishiki” premium grade of rice without using brewer’s alcohol, and it has a richer savoury taste than alcohol-added varieties. This special Junmai-shu has smooth flavours and a pleasant aftertaste. The good balance of this sake will complement any dish well. It can be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled, or warmed.
