        Which flights are eligible for inflight delivery?

        The pre-order service for inflight delivery can be made up to 60 days in advance for the following flights:

        • All Singapore Airlines flights departing from Singapore, except for flights to Malaysia and the non-stop flight from Singapore to San Francisco (at least 24 hours prior to flight departure)
        • Selected Singapore Airlines flights arriving into Singapore (at least 72 hours prior to flight departure)
        • All SilkAir flights departing from Singapore are eligible for pre-order service except flights to Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Langkawi, Penang, Palembang and Pekanbaru (at least 48 hours prior to flight departure)

        For selected SilkAir flights, you can pre-order up to 60 minutes before flight departure.

        The booking reference is a 6-digit code consisting of numbers and letters. You may find it in the booking confirmation email or check-in confirmation email sent by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir
