                Q: What is the recommended dosage?

                A: As indicated on the label, we recommend taking 1 capsule 3 times daily, either during or immediately after a meal. Please be advised that we do not recommend taking this supplement within 2 hours of consuming tea, coffee or other caffeinated beverages (such as cola).

                 

                Q: How can I take this product if I have difficulties swallowing large capsules?

                A: If you have difficulties swallowing the capsule whole, we recommend piercing the capsule and mixing it into yoghurt, smoothies or a teaspoon of honey for easier administration.
