                The Idris Minor Hoop Earrings are the baby of the family. These hoops are perfect everyday companions for your lobes. The scintillating halo of gold and Jet Black enamel is interrupted by a single belt of diamonds, adding a little sparkle where it counts.

                These earrings are named after Abu Abdullah Muhammad al-Idrisi al-Qurtubi al-Hasani as-Sabti, or simply al-Idrisi. Al-Idrisi was a Moroccan Arab Muslim geographer, cartographer and Egyptologist who for some time lived in Palermo, Sicily at the court of King Roger II. Muhammed al-Idrisi was born in Ceuta then belonging to the Almoravids. He created the Tabula Rogeriana, one of the most advanced medieval world maps.
