Only natural methods have been used in the vineyards and during vinification. This can lead to the presence of light deposits in the wine which in no way alter the taste or hinder its ageing potential. Quality has soared since brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol converted the Domaine to biodynamic viticulture. In particular, the wines display significantly more depth and concentration than when they took over from their father in the 1990s.

Tasting Notes :
the soft and fine tannins so typical of Rossignol-Trapet marry with a ripe red fruit, complemented by salty hints and a medium-bodied finish. All around harmonious!
