    Dinner Menu:

    Ayam Buah Keluak
    A traditional peranakan dish with chicken, tamarind gravy and buah keluak nuts.

    Babi Pongteh
    Classic Peranakan dish of braised pork belly with fermented bean paste

    Nonya Chap Chye
    A mixed vegetable dish comprising of cabbage, black fungus, and mushrooms

    Udang Sambal Petai
    A popular dish of spicy stir-fried shrimps with rempah and petai.

    Otak-Otak
    Aromatic ground fish blended with variety of spices and infused with coconut milk, served on banana leaf

    Homemade Ngoh Hiang
    Hearty fillings of minced pork, prawn and water chestnut. wrapped with beancurd skin and fried. Complemented with home-made sweet sauce.

    Dishes enjoyed with Butterfly Blue Pea Flower steamed rice.

    Chendol
    Iced sweet dessert drizzled coconut milk and palm sugar syrup.

    Terms & Conditions:
    • This dining experience is available from Monday-Sunday, subject to availability.
    • Dining time is at 7pm and the entire experience will take approximately 90 minutes.
    • As the freshest ingredients are always sourced, please note that items in the menu will be replaced should they not be available at the time of preparation.
    • Halal option is available upon request at time of booking. The menu may be subject to changes.
    • Corkage is chargeable at $20/bottle. Wine glasses can be arranged upon request during your booking.
    • Should you or your guest/s have any dietary requirements, please check at the time of booking if alternative arrangements can be made.
    • Reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance.
    • Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellation will not be permitted.
    • Purchase is valid for a period of 6 months and is non-extendable, exchangeable or refundable.
