Since 1926, four generations have followed one another on the hillsides overlooking the Gironde estuary. The Hoclet family has been able to adapt and expand the farm over the years. Today it offers two cuvées highlighting its terroirs and family know-how. Made with our oldest vines with a density of 5550 vines/ha, the plots are located on a plateau overlooking the town of Saint Ciers de Canesse. These Eocene gravel soils are naturally filtering and allow these old vines to explore and express all the typicality of their terroir.

Tasting Notes :
The color is deep with a red color with crushed cherry reflections, the nose is characterized by a marked complexity where mineral, empyreumatic and fruity notes mingle. The mouth is ample and full with present but suave tannins, the balance between substance and acidity is very good and the finish in the mouth is characterized by delicately woody notes.
