Tasting Notes
This small property once again rises to the level of the appellation's wines. This 2016 displays a magnificent dark ruby color, a prelude to a fruity olfaction (blackberry, black cherry) enriched with vanilla, chocolate and peppery notes. Just as complex, the fleshy palate, structured by coated tannins from the attack, is very harmonious. An expressive wine, very well structured.
