Singapore Airlines flights departing Singapore, except flights to Malaysia and the non-stop flights from Singapore to San Francisco and Seattle (at least 24 hours prior to flight departure)
Selected Singapore Airlines flights arriving into Singapore (at least 72 hours prior to flight departure)
SilkAir flights departing Singapore, except flights to Kuala Lumpur and Penang (at least 48 hours prior to flight departure)
Scoot flights departing Singapore, except flights to Jeddah (at least 48 hours prior to flight departure)
The booking reference is a 6-digit code consisting of numbers and letters. You may find it in the booking confirmation email or check-in confirmation email sent by Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot.
