Tasting Note
The wines of the domaine are distinguished by their balance and incredible elegance. The Domaine La Bastide Saint Dominique has created an organically-farmed Châteauneuf-du-Pape, perfectly reflecting the typical terroir of the appellation. A wine of great finesse, profound, with beautiful notes of crushed raspberries and hints of heath that introduce a fresh and spicy finish.
