Grocke is a sixth-generation born and raised Barossa viticulturalist/winemaker. Eperosa is the vessel through which he tells the stories of the small patches of the Barossa which he has cared for his whole life. He works with long-established vineyards planted on ancient soils and channels the regional warmth, richness and power of the Barossa with a deft artist's touch.
These wines are honest, robust and made with minimal intervention. A true representation of the modern Barossa with old vines and a rich family heritage as the backdrop.
Grocke's star is on the rise, being named James Halliday's Winemaker of the Year for 2021.

Tasting Note :
Aromas of Cola, wet stone, blackcurrant and violets. The palate is laced with elegant black fruits and a minerality that moves into a deep yet approachable tannin structure. A complex, ethereal wine with brooding flavours that draw through to the long finish. A wine that is surprisingly drinkable now, yet born from a vineyard that has the pedigree to cellar for 20+ years.

Shiraz, Malbec
