A short stroll up the hill from the winery, the cellar door building provides a superb vantage point from which to taste the wines, learn about the winemaking process, or enjoy a glass or two matched with our famous grazing boards of fresh local produce.
Tasting Notes :
This Rose is made from early harvested Pinot Noir from the Blue
Pyrenees. Beautifully pale salmon pink with flavours of glazed cherries,
strawberries and cream. A great example of balance of acidity with fruits on
the palate with a crisp finish.
