A short stroll up the hill from the winery, the cellar door building provides a superb vantage point from which to taste the wines, learn about the winemaking process, or enjoy a glass or two matched with our famous grazing boards of fresh local produce.
Tasting Notes :
A big mouthful of ripe berries up front, complemented by tobacco leaves, mushroom & cedary oak characters. The big but even palate structure of this blended red is framed by abundant yet integrated fine grain tannins & delivers a traditional old world style, suitable for aging, with lingering fresh berry & choc-mint flavours.
