SILVANO BOLMIDA LE COSTE DI MONFORTE - BAROLO - 2017

The Bussia of Monforte d'Alba is not only a small village, but a place immersed in the splendid panorama of the Langhe, one of the subzones that first distinguished themselves in generating wines of complex and constant organoleptic originality, a peculiarity recognized by passionate admirers from all over the world. It is in these hills that the Silvano Bolmida Farm stands, where the cultivation of the 5 hectares of vineyards is carried out exclusively by Silvano Bolmida and his parents, with particular regard to the low quantities of grapes for each individual plant. Frequent soil processing ensures not only mature weeding, but also good oxygenation and organic replacement in the deepest layers.
