                Tasting Note : 

                Nose : Intense and fairly complex, first expressing the varietal notes of the Colombard (lime, lemon) and a delicate mineral hint (flint). Swirling then reveals white fruit aromas mingling with floral notes (acacia, wisteria).

                Palate : Yellow peach cream soup and exotic fruit petulance (lime, mango and pineapple).
