Order and delivery
If you are interested in purchasing more than ten SIA Classics packages within one transaction, please kindly contact our concierge at 6506 7988 or email firstname.lastname@example.org from 9.00am to 9.00pm daily (SGT) so that we may assist you with more details regarding your purchase.
After making your purchase, our cabin crew concierge will contact you to select your preferred wine and delivery date and time. Please note that the menu cannot be customised for dietary preferences.
You can enquire with our cabin crew concierge, during the call, to add on the Book-the-Chef service. An email confirmation will be sent after the call.
The delivery can be scheduled between 9am to 9pm daily. Confirmation with our concierge must be made three days (non-inclusive of the date of order if it is made after 12pm) before the preferred date of delivery.
The last delivery date for the festive menu is 28 February 2021.
Storage and consumption
The food will be delivered chilled in foil containers/packaging and vacuum packs. Please store the food in the refrigerator, if you do not immediately reheat and consume upon receipt of delivery. Food will be good for consumption up till one day after delivery.
Hard copies of the reheating and plating guides will be provided. The digital versions of the guides can be accessed through a link provided in the email confirmation.
Terms & Conditions
A single delivery will be made for SIA@Home purchases within the same transaction. To schedule deliveries to multiple locations or at different timings, please purchase the packages in separate transactions.
The orders cannot be cancelled and strictly no refunds will be made.
Changes to menu selection will not be allowed within 3 days before delivery date.
