This gin has a variety of fresh citrus fruits as basic ingredients, twisted on a classic combination of botanical products commonly used such as juniper berries and coriander; the main aroma includes orange peel, yuzu, japanese pepper, coriander, juniper berries and angelica root.
Sweet but graceful aroma wafts the scents of candied citrus, cherry blossom, coriander and juniper. Leading citrus and floral smell are dominant but not greasy. Hints of herbal and black pepper are present as well. The taste is not sharp thus giving a sweet crisp finish to this offering.
