KrisShop Earn Bonus Miles Campaign Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the KrisShop Earn Bonus Miles Campaign ("Campaign"), organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
- This Campaign is open to selected KrisFlyer members who have received an electronic direct mailer ("EDM") from KrisFlyer ("Eligible KrisFlyer Members").
- This Campaign commences on 30 April, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 18 May 2021, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Campaign Period").
- During the Campaign Period, Eligible KrisFlyer Members who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete their purchase while logged in may earn the bonus mile rate indicated in the EDM (“Bonus miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent.
- KrisFlyer miles and Bonus miles are only awarded on the cash portion of the total price of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles)
- Bonus miles will be credited to Eligible KrisFlyer Members within 6-8 weeks after the promotion period.
- In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back KrisFlyer miles issued to the Eligible KrisFlyer Member.
- All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
- All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
- KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
- By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible KrisFlyer Member agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
