KrisShop LAC Double 7 Sale Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop LAC Double 7 Sale Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), subject to certain exclusions, during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The 25% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 1 July 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“25% off Storewide Promotion Period”); and
ii. 2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 July 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period”); and
iii. 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion (as defined in Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 1 July 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(2359hrs Singapore time)("10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period”); and
iv. RFID Pouch Promotion (as defined in Clause 3(d) below), which will take place from 1 July 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(2359hrs Singapore time)(“GWP Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) 25% off Promotion

i. During the 25% off Promotion Period, a Shopper may receive twenty-five percent (25%) discount on all LAC products as speficied on the Promotion webpage on the Online Platforms.

ii. The 25% off Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the 25% off Storewide Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other.

iii. The 11% off Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions [(other than the 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period in clause 3(b), 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(c) and RFID Pouch Promotion in Clause 3(d))], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased pursuant to the 25% off Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The 25% off Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the 11% off Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) 2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion

i. During the 2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (2) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (3) completes a transaction on an Online Platform for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional 2,000 KrisFlyer miles ("2,000 Bonus Miles) for each eligible transaction:

ii. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform.  For illustration purposes only:

• KrisFlyer Shopper A has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$117 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$50 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$67. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.
• KrisFlyer Shopper B has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) on KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (after applicable discounts, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$117 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$83. The Bonus Miles will be awarded to Transaction A as it satisfies the Bonus Miles Minium Spend Criteria. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded to Transaction B as it does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

iii. Any part of a transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3(b) of these Terms and Conditions.

iv. The 2,000 Bonus Miles are only valid for purchase made on an Online Platform during the 2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period and not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The 2,000 Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period.

vi. The 2,000 Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the 2,000 Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., July 2025.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

ix. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

x. The 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions [(other than the 25% off Storewide Promotion in Clause 3(a), 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(c) and RFID Pouch Promotion in Clause 3(d))], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

(c) 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles

i. During the 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) has an active KrisFlyer members (“KrisFlyer Shopper”) and (2) completes purchase(s) on  LAC products specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform of at least S$370 (after all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees)(“10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Minimum Spend Criteria”) while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account (a “Qualifying Transaction”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3(c)(ii) below.

ii.  The first two KrisFlyer Shopper who meets the 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Minimum Spend Criteria on a single transaction will receive 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles. 

iii. At the end of the 10,000 Promotion Period, if there are three (3) or more KrisFlyer Shopper who spends the same highest single transaction amount on LAC items only from the Qualifying Transactions, the first-two KrisFlyer Shopper in time to make the purchase during the 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period will be awarded the Prize (the “Winner”). 

iv. The 10,000 Bonus Miles are only valid for purchase made on an Online Platform during the 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion Period and not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period.

vi. The 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(c)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., July 2025.

ix. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

x. The 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions [(other than the 25% off Storewide Promotion in Clause 3(a), 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(b) and RFID Pouch Promotion in Clause 3(d))], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

(d) Gift With Purchase Promotion

i. During the GWP Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive ONE (1) LAC RFID Pouch (“Free Gift”) with a minimum spend of S$1117 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform.

ii. The Free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

iii. The Gift With Purchase Promotion is only valid for purchase(s) made on an Online Platform during the GWP Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase(s) made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other.

iv. The Free Gift is limited to ONE (1) per transaction.

v. Products purchased pursuant to the Gift With Purchase Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. The Free Gift are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Gift With Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.

vii. The Gift With Purchase Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop Promotions[(other than the 25% off Storewide Promotion in Clause 3(a), 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles in Clause 3(b) and 10,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion in Clause3(C)], offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
