Section A: KrisShop X BOSS Top Spender Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The KrisShop X BOSS Top Spender Promotion (“Promotion”) is jointly organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and BOSS.

(A) Eligibility

i. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com during the promotion period from 11 May 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 31 May 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

ii. This Promotion is open to shoppers who are active KrisShopper members residing in Singapore and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com (each, a “KrisShopper”), before completing a transaction with BOSS items on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period (each, a “Qualifying Transaction).

iii. Each Qualifying Transaction will contribute towards the relevant KrisShopper’s total spend during the Promotion Period, which will be tabulated and calculated after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. The top KrisShopper who spends the highest cumulative amount on BOSS items only from the Qualifying Transactions may receive one (1) THE OPEN Pavilion Package, which comprises the following: (A) two (2) VIP tickets for the 150th Open Championship, (B) two (2) round trip Business Class tickets between Singapore and Edinburgh for 2 persons and (C) a 5-night accommodation.

v. At the end of the Promotion Period, if there are two (2) or more KrisShoppers who spend the same highest cumulative amount on BOSS items only from the Qualifying Transactions, the first KrisShopper in time to make the purchases during the Promotion Period will be awarded THE OPEN Pavilion Package (the “Winner”).

vi. Product(s) purchased as part of each Qualifying Transaction is/are non-refundable and non-returnable. Only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vii. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Pelago, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible for the Promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

viii. This Promotion is also subject to applicable terms and conditions, which can be found at Section B of this Terms and Conditions below.

 (B) Announcement of Winner

i. The Winner will be contacted by KrisShop via email within 10 Singapore business days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner will be required to submit a signed letter of acceptance via email to KrisShop in accordance with the instructions provided by KrisShop via email within 3 Singapore business days after the email has been sent to the relevant Winner by KrisShop. The Winner agrees with the terms and conditions set out in the letter of acceptance, and that the signing of the aforementioned letter is a pre-condition in claiming the award.

ii. The Winner’s full name will be published on KrisShop, on or after 15 June 2022.

iii. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect to any matter relating to the Promotion, including the selection of the Winner, shall be final.

2. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

3. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

5. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

6. By participating in the Promotion, each KrisShopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Section B: THE OPEN Pavilion Package Terms and Conditions

1. This Section B shall be read together with Section A (KrisShop X BOSS Top Spender Promotion Terms and Conditions).

2. THE OPEN Pavilion Package entitles you to:

• Two (2) Round Trip Business Class Air Tickets from Singapore to Edinburgh, Scotland, for travel to attend THE OPEN in Scotland from 14 July 2022 to 17 July 2022. A voucher for the flight tickets will be issued to the Winner by KrisShop, for fulfilment by Tradewinds Tours & Travel.
• Two (2) VIP tickets for the 150th Open Championship (14 July 2022 to 17 July 2022) which includes full access to Golf course, Patrons Pavilion (including breakfast, lunch and high tea/dinner), exclusive retail shop only accessible to Patrons and a separate VIP entrance. BOSS will issue the VIP tickets for the 150th Open Championship to the Winner separately.
• 5-night accommodation in a Premier Plus Room at Premier Inn Perth City Hotel from 13 July 2022 to 18 July 2022. Further details on the accommodation will be included in the letter issued to the Winner by KrisShop.

3. The Winner must be part of the travelling party. Other expenses, including ground transfers and any applicable taxes, charges and/or fees, will be borne by the Winner and their travelling companion.

4. No partial redemption of THE OPEN Pavilion Package shall be allowed. Additional terms for the respective items within the THE OPEN Pavilion Package may apply.
